Manchester United are without Eric Bailly, Phil Jones and Marouane Fellaini for their trip down to Arsenal.
The trio will miss out on the Premier League fixture at the Emirates as they continue to recover from injuries.
Bailly has missed the last four games and Jones has not played since the November internationals when he was injured in England's game against Germany.
Another player who will miss the game against Arsene Wenger's side is Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
The Armenian has fallen out of favour in recent weeks after a number of disappointing performances and was left behind as the squad travelled down to London.
In defence Victor Lindelof could be set to make his third consecutive start at the back after impressing in the last two games against Brighton and Watford.
The Swedish centre-back had a difficult start to life at Old Trafford but could feature in a back three alongside Chris Smalling and Marcos Rojo after the trio put in a solid performance against Watford.
Nemanja Matic has travelled down to London with the squad but Jose Mourinho confirmed he did not know if he would be fit to start after hobbling off in the 4-2 win over Watford in the week.
Luke Shaw is also in contention as he is in the travelling party but he has been out of favour with Mourinho this season so a place in the starting XI would be highly unlikely for the left back especially if he plays with three at the back again.
