Jose Mourinho clever move
Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has been very astute with his move for Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez.
Those are the thoughts of former Everton star-turned-pundit Leon Osman.
Mourinho is looking to make additions to his squad, and has already lined up Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil and Bordeaux star Malcom as potential targets.
And Osman thinks Mourinho should take some credit for his interest in Sanchez.
“I think just by going for the player, he’s turning his head a little bit and making him think," Osman told Sky Sports’ The Debate.
“He’s also potentially raising the bar and making Man City overpay.
“And if all else fails, he could get Sanchez which would be a top class addition to his side."
Sanchez could change mind over City move
Manchester United could win the race to sign Alexis Sanchez in the final days of the transfer window if Manchester City still refuse to play ball, according to Mark Ogden.
Ogden thinks Sanchez could change his mind if City refuse to up their bid when it comes to the crunch at the end of the month.
“I guess if by the last two or three days of the window City aren’t budging and United are prepared to pay the money and also maybe offer Arsenal a player in exchange, then Sanchez could end up at Old Trafford,” he said.
“United do need a player of his calibre, he would be eligible to play in the Champions League because he’s only played Europe League this season.”
Man Utd ready €300m Neymar bid
Manchester United are readying a record-breaking €300 million offer for Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar, according to Le 10 Sport .
Real Madrid were reported to be leading the chase for the Brazilian, but they can only go as high as €250m.
That has left the door open for Jose Mourinho to join the chase and agree to meet an eye-watering buyout clause.
Zlatan to leave
Zlatan Ibrahimovic looks set to leave Manchester United this month, according to LeoVegas Sport.
The Swedish bookmaker has slashed its prices of Ibrahimovic heading for the United exit and moving to MLS.
He has been cut from 12/1 to 2/1 overnight.

Manchester City have spent months pursuing the Chile international but, with Pep Guardiola reportedly unwilling to match Arsenal’s asking price, it has opened the door to a move to Old Trafford.
